Petr Kučera introduced the trends and credit bureaus operating in other European countries, and he also spoke about the latest information and research from June´s meeting of the ACCIS professional association held in Vienna.
Experts from the professional association itSMF, Radek Belina and Jan Hospes, focused above all on Service Level Agreements as an internationally recognized definition of service quality. They also presented several case studies.

The guest of honor was Vincenzo Resta from CRIF headquarters. His presentation focused on the international experience of CRIF group and on the most interesting aspects of credit bureaus in selected world markets. A now traditional part of the meeting was the afternoon workshop, which was chaired by Vincenzo together with local experts Petr Kučera and Martin Hofman.
Not only was the subject matter interesting, but also the conference venue. The conference was held in the highest building in Prague on the 27th floor. Participants had the opportunity to see Prague from an unusual perspective.
