Banks and bailiffs communicate electronically

A pilot version of the solution was implemented at the end of 2011, and from beginning of this year the service has been fully operational and used by an increasing number of important clients. Major banks and a significant group of bailiffs are currently connected. Thanks to the system, more than half of all new distrainments are communicated. In the near future, it is expected that all bailiffs will be connected and, considering the success of the project, a further expansion of the system to state authorities and notaries, amongst others, is also expected.
