CRIF announces the entry into the Kyrgyzstan market with a credit bureau

On May 20, 2022 in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), the CRIF KG Credit Bureau was presented to the market.

The purpose of the event was to inform the Kyrgyz market about the opening of a new world-class credit bureau, offering CRIF’s worldwide best practices, and also the presentation of CRIF KG, not only as a credit bureau, but as a provider of various risk management products and services.

The event was attended by representatives of state agencies, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, IFC, executives of Kyrgyz commercial banks, representatives of the microfinance sector, and others.

Among the guest speakers at the event were the Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr Pavel Khripunov, who pointed out that the policy of the country's leadership is aimed at supporting investors and the development of all areas of the economy.

Mr Khripunov welcomed CRIF KG on behalf of the President, stating that they are ready to provide their full support to anyone investing experience and resources in the country and whose work is aimed at the development of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Ernst Kaldybaev, stressed the importance of developing the information industry and the financial and credit sector to improve and stabilize the country's economy.

During the presentation, the mission and vision of CRIF KG was also presented, and several CRIF products and services were introduced.
