On February 19 the 5th CRIF BÜRGEL Collection Day took place in Hamburg. As an established appointment in their diaries, nearly 40 collection companies took up the invitation. The agenda included expert speeches, with the director of the national association of collection companies giving industry insights, and an industry lawyer talking about the GDPR and its impact on receivables management.
CRIF BÜRGEL used the opportunity to present its new B2B ecommerce collection solution to the audience. The program was completed by an insight into how to benefit from social media in terms of employee branding. Afterwards, the participants joined an harbour tour to enjoy the city from a different perspective. Overall it was a great chance for collection industry players to network and exchange views on trends and challenges.
