The first edition of “CRIF Campus” has just finished - a training initiative aimed at young science and economics graduates who joined the company on an internship. The project was designed on the one hand to provide in-depth information on the company and, on the other, to help the young participants develop the necessary skills to successfully enter the employment market. The course was divided into two parts: one theoretical, focusing on transferable skills and basic techniques, and the other practical, involving project work.
The courses, taught by CRIF experts and external lecturers, covered a number of areas: from time management and problem solving to functional analysis and Office tools, followed by specific modules on management control and business planning, as well as public speaking and IT. The course then continued with a practical part in which the CRIF Campus participants, divided into two groups and under the supervision of expert tutors from the company, were put to the test in the analysis, planning and development of innovative projects on open data and the digital economy.
The project was a great success and captured the imagination of the participants, and new editions and future initiatives are already being looked at.
