CRIF D&B Philippines took part in the Shift to Digital Transformation Forum, through its Head of Marketing, John Paul Arden Ros, on December 4, 2019, at the Common Ground, 8 Rockwell, Makati City, Philippines.
The forum was aimed at discussing and understanding best practices in dealing with digital transformation as businesses prepare their strategic plans for 2020. Together with the biggest industry players in the Philippines, the forum was divided into a two-part panel discussion: the first part tackled the digital transformation road map of a business, including challenges and success stories in implementing digital transformation strategies. Panelists from Sodexo Philippines, Trimark, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and PwC took part.
The second panel discussion focused on the cost of customer loyalty. Panelists included CRIF D&B Philippines, PLDT, Zalora Philippines, Lazada Philippines, and Zomato Philippines, who shared their insights on customer loyalty programs.

The Shift to Digital Transformation Forum was organized by Omnirio – an omni-channel customer engagement platform based in the Philippines, together with the Fintech Philippines Association.
