CRIF in the Communications Working Committee of ACCIS

Kerstin Valet, CRIF BÜRGEL Head of Marketing & Communication, was recently appointed as a new member of the Communications Working Committee of ACCIS (Association of Consumer Credit Information Suppliers).

CRIF is already represented on two other ACCIS committees (Public Affairs and Personal Data Protection), and on the ACCIS Management Board, where Petr Kučera, CRIF Czech Credit Bureau Director, is Vice-President.

Kerstin Valet joins the Communications Working Committee (CWC), which represents ACCIS and provides strategic advice to ACCIS and its Membership in the field of communications affecting the credit-referencing industry.

“I am honored to be a part of ACCIS CWC, and have the opportunity to play an active role within the Association”, said Valet. “My intent is to provide CRIF with more ACCIS exposure in the DACH region and to collaborate with other Committee members to achieve our objectives.”

The main priority of the CWC is to promote and preserve the role of credit referencing and the development of an enabling environment for credit reference agencies. The Committee currently runs two relevant projects for ACCIS: social-media and the rebranding of the Association.
