In collaboration with the Association of Specialist Financial Institutions (AMFE), on November 27, 2015, CRIF sponsored the AMFE Annual General Meeting and Year-End Holiday Celebration. It is one of the most important events in the automotive, real estate, and microfinance sectors in Mexico, involving AMFE’s 37 members in interactive debates on the credit market.
CRIF welcomed the members during the meeting and showed how our credit solutions can meet the industry’s needs and tackle some of its main challenges. CRIF experts also explained the end-to-end knowledge company approach and the different stages in the credit lifecycle where CRIF expertise could add significant value.
AMFE announced the signing of a collaborative agreement with INFONAVIT, the most important mortgage institution in Mexico, financing the purchase of approximately 1 out of 4 residential properties. The regulator, CNBV, was also present to congratulate the parties on this collaboration and to encourage members always to be aware of possible upcoming changes and regulatory requirements. CRIF’s collaboration with AMFE will continue through participation in specialist committees, where our company will provide training on different areas of expertise, support institutions in complying with requirements, and further develop formal relationships with members.
