Stop Hunger Now, founded in the United States in 1998, aims to support literacy programs by providing food to schools in some of the world's poorest areas. SHN Italia was set up in Italy in 2012 with the aim of spreading the Meal Packaging Program as far as possible, taking it into companies and schools as genuine charity events.
As part of internal initiatives, CRIF employees contributed in person to the packaging of meals, putting together food rations made up of rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and essential vitamins and minerals. The 70,000 meals donated by CRIF will support the Every Child Every Day project of the non-profit organization Feed the Hungry UK.
