Vietnam, which has about 84 million inhabitants, annual growth rates that have reached roughly 8% and a program of already approved important legislative reforms, presents itself as one of the most interesting markets for Italian businesses.  Due to the characteristics of the Vietnamese production system and regulations, Italian companies can find infrastructure, local services and business management which make bureaucratic procedures related to investments and the installation of production activities less onerous.

Vietnam must concentrate on the search for financial solutions centered on cutting expenditure and increasing financial controls, to oversee the banking system and to define the rules within the system to minimize risks.  CRIF fits into this context as a leading expert on an international level in the area of credit management support and risk control solutions

In the course of the visit, a Forum will be held on the political and economic relations between Italy and Vietnam, followed by four in-depth parallel sessions on specific areas.  Moreover, business meetings will be held between Italian and Vietnamese companies, which will be aimed at initiating operational contact in order to explore possible areas of collaboration.

Piero Crivellaro – the CRIF Public & Economic Affairs Manager – will present the CRIF international profile during the ABI-VNBA Workshop (Italian and Vietnamese banking associations), with a speech entitled “Credit reporting, business information and decision support systems company”. The Workshop will focus on the development of business relations and an exchange of best practices between Italian and Vietnamese banks.
