CRIF stands out as one of the best employers in Italy, receiving a prestigious recognition from the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera. This evaluation was the result of careful social listening and anonymous interviews that involved more than 20,000 employees from over 4,500 companies across Italy.

In collaboration with the German company Statista, Corriere della Sera published the "Italy's Best Employers" ranking, in which CRIF secured FIRST position in the "Consulting, Agencies, Legal Firms, and Auditing" sector for 2024. This is a significant achievement, positioning CRIF ahead of internationally renowned consulting firms and in 90th position in the overall ranking, a significant leap of 139 positions compared to last year.

This recognition is based on assessments derived from an online questionnaire, where employees in Italy expressed their willingness to recommend the company as an employer. The key aspects evaluated were the working environment, including benefits such as flexible hours, company cafeteria, pandemic-related health measures, a focus on sustainability, discounted services and also how AI development has been integrated within the company strategies.

A positive image and good working relationship with their team and manager were the main factors that influenced the likelihood of employees to recommend the company, followed by working conditions, available technologies and crisis management.

CRIF also received an official seal certifying its position in the ranking for the fourth consecutive year, along with an increase in its overall score obtained from the average of the over 250,000 registered evaluations. This further confirms the value attributed to the initiatives, programs and working environment that the company has established over the years.

For this reason, the continuous investment in the development of processes and initiatives related to welfare, well-being, training, and the optimization of potential and engagement remains central to the corporate strategy of CRIF Group and the HR Department. Every year, they are committed to defining new action plans aimed at constantly improving the employee experience.
