We’re thrilled to introduce our Equal Opportunities Committee which is strengthening our commitment to the values of equality and inclusion.
Through its daily work, it guarantees and promotes gender equality and inclusion through the implementation of policies, the promotion of ongoing and new initiatives, the definition and the monitoring of specific KPIs related to gender equality in all HR processes.
The committee is made up of 6 exceptional members – identified based on the added value that with their skills and experiences can lead to promotion of gender equity in the company.
The implementation of Equal Opportunities Committee is part of CRIF sustainability journey aimed at create a sustainable and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
