The Loan Magazine Awards is an event for the Polish non-bank loan market which has become firmly established in the calendar of industry events. Every year, the county’s loan companies get together at this event to take part in the recognition of industry leaders.
The 2023 Loan Magazine Award in the Partnership category went to CRIF and Smartney (Oney Bank Group) for their cooperation on the IbanAge solution.
IbanAge is a proprietary CRIF solution that makes it possible to determine the age of a loan applicant’s bank account with high probability. This is a tool that helps protect against fraud and scams.
“The goal is to identify high-risk customers. We are able to effectively estimate the age of a bank account based only on the account number, without the need to obtain additional data from the customer or other sources,” commented Jolanta Pytel from CRIF.
Market interest in the IbanAge solution in Poland is not limited only to the loan market, and thanks to this award, the solution's business value was confirmed by our Partner, on the one hand, and the solution was promoted during the industry's most important event, on the other.
During the Loan Magazine Awards 2023 event, CRIF, in cooperation with the newly acquired company ERIF Economic Information Office, organized a charity competition for the "Notice Me" Foundation, a children’s charity.
