Among the itineraries – which included suggested events to attend in the plenary sessions, parallel sessions and specific stations to visit within the Demo Area – it is worth mentioning the new itinerary dedicated to Commercial Credit, as well as confirmation of the interest in the Confidi sessions, which were attended by 40 representatives of the Credit Guarantee Consortia.
There was also a good turnout in all the other dedicated areas; Mortgages, Retail Credit, Anti-fraud, Collection and Marketing. In addition to sharing market competitive scenarios, made possible thanks to the analysis presented by Consultants and by the Research & Innovation division of CRIF Decision Solutions, the delegates were able to learn about the new services offered by CRIF Decision Solutions. CRIF Decision Solutions brought its significant experience to the areas of risk management, collection, marketing and anti-fraud, helped also by the recent acquisition of specialized companies and in the development of new software solutions.
International themes were also important during the Forum, with two sessions for international guests; one which gave an in-depth view of the areas of collection and fraud prevention with a global approach, and another which was reserved for members of the credit bureau for a reciprocal exchange of knowledge and experience.
In addition, one of the plenary session speeches which is worth commenting on is that of Marco Salemi, the Research & Innovation Director of CRIF Decision Solutions, which dealt with developments in risk management and with the ever increasingly relevant subject of financial sustainability. Among those participating in the debate which was prompted by this speech was the former Treasury Under-secretary and current Head of Economics and Finance of AREL, Roberto Pinza.
