The CRIF Credit Framework allows finance and credit institutions to:

  • Adapt to ever changing business, market and regulatory needs
  • Optimize credit processes
  • Control all aspects of credit process and decision implementation and execution.
Significant drivers influencing the CRIF Credit Framework roadmap and, in particular, CreditFlow 5.0 release enhancements, include:
  • Global reach, with CreditFlow having been in the market for 9 years and now close to 20 countries
  • “New Normal” circumstances facing finance and credit institutions worldwide, such as tougher credit market conditions and a more complex regulatory environment, which demand more innovative and agile solutions
  • Customer feedback, which is key to continued improvements in the product.
The main CreditFlow 5.0 enhancements are as follows:
  • Adapt
o Front-End flexibility -> edit standard worklists and search lists to display, filters, sort criteria etc.
o Easy access, web browser based administration -> Business administration console for  User, Organization, Roles and Codebooks (e.g., lookup codes/descriptions) administration
o Improved maintainability -> Hot refresh of configuration information, supporting extended hours - 24x7 operations
o Designer tool improvements to design the workflow in a more efficient and effective and user-friendly manner.
  • Optimize
o Reduce Total Cost of Ownership -> Configure archiving policy according to business needs and let the engine do the job automatically
o Boost automatic decisions and enable new channels -> Optimized engine for lightweight and faster processing; improved fully automatic processing (A2A) capabilities
o Increase Productivity -> New Process Monitor, improved real-time monitoring capability and drill down to see details and execute actions
o “High Performance” -> Database optimizations; customizable tracing; automatic deletion of unnecessary data documents.
  • Control
o Enforce compliance -> Audit trail tracking of who-did-what-when, including report; data at rest Encryption
o More worklist processing control -> let CreditFlow automatically assign the applications a user should work on via the new worklist “push” mode.
o Improve trouble shooting -> Using the new web-based log configurator.
