Summer Camp for employees' children: internship in one of the Group offices

Through its Summer Camp 2018 initiative, CRIF encourages cultural and language exchange among the different Group offices, giving employees' children the chance to have a traineeship experience abroad in one of those offices.
Summer Camp 2018 will take place over the summer months, and will last 3 weeks. The offices involved in the initiative will be Bologna, Switzerland, Austria and Atlanta.

Statement from one of the 2017 participants

Fabrizio spent two weeks in the USA in the CRIF Atlanta office, and after a brief initial orientation, he shadowed colleagues from the Marketing Office. For Fabrizio it was his very first work experience: “I didn't know what I was going to do, but my colleagues guided me every step of the way, and in the end I managed to complete the tasks assigned to me!” But it wasn't all work. As well as helping with event organization and using marketing tools, Fabrizio visited the US city and played five-a-side with his colleagues.
