The e-commerce market has had a record year. The dynamic development of this sector was possible thanks to the synergy between the e-commerce and fintech areas.
EF Connect is an innovative conference, a forum for the exchange of knowledge in this constantly changing financial ecosystem from the perspective of consumer expectations, changes in the economic and legal environment, as well as the impact of the pandemic on business and customer needs.
The event participants were e-commerce and fintech experts, but also representatives from the world of science, managers (C-level, D-level) from fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, online stores, BNPL, banking, consumer finance, digital challengers, payment institutions, loan institutions, law firms, innovation laboratories and IT companies.
During the conference, participants looked for answers to the following questions:
- is this synergy at a satisfactory level?
- what more can be done to develop the business?
- how can technology development support the e-commerce business?
- what is the vision of the future for e-commerce in the short and long term?
In the evening there was an EFC After session - a business and networking meeting, which was an excellent opportunity to continue the talks started during #efc and establish business relations, in which Jolanta Pytel, Senior Key Account Manager CRIF took part.
