CRIF Zrt, the CRIF Group company based in Budapest, has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification in relation to the quality system in place for the services and products offered by the company in the Hungarian market in relation to the management of credit information systems.
The certification, issued by the independent certification body DNV Business Assurance, confirms the commitment of CRIF to the continuous improvement of the entire process of developing and delivering risk management and business information services to banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, telecom companies, utilities, businesses and consumers.
CRIF Zrt manages the development and management of the first private and voluntary credit bureau in Hungary, which collects both positive (regularity of debt repayment) and negative (late payments) credit information in relation to consumers and small and medium sized enterprises. The certified management system guarantees the transparency and efficiency of the company processes and, therefore, further enhances the solutions offered by CRIF to banks and financial institutions in the Hungarian market.
The ISO 9000 series of standards defines the international requirements for quality management systems and is applicable to all types of company process or sector. The ISO 9001 standard concentrates particularly on continuous improvement and on customer satisfaction through auditing of the management system in terms of responsibilities, resources, and production, and of the corresponding measurement and analysis processes.
