The project started from a critical analysis of existing processes, aimed at identifying areas for improvement achievable through automation and reappraising customer segmentation, taking into consideration both the nature of the counterparty and the causes of non-payment. “This analysis was performed in parallel with the technology project, through which we implemented CLever, CRIF’s Debt Collection & Recovery solution, integrating it with our billing and CRM systems,” explained Fabio Polselli. “The ability to integrate in a timely and targeted manner with the rest of the company’s core / information systems is a fundamental feature of the system we have chosen. Our activities, particularly in the initial process phases, are aimed at restoring the relationship with the customer, which is why we need to work together with the customer care and marketing teams.”
